My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and clean, providing comfort during my four-night stay, despite being at the far end of the facility. The service, particularly thanks to Irving, our shuttle driver, really stood out and elevated the experience. The dining experience, with relocated yet amazing options, was good value for money. The facilities met expectations with decent amenities available.

Crossing the long bridge to reach the lobby, front desk, and restaurants can be a bit of a trek, but the rooms were exceptionally clean. We did notice they're on the small side, but that didn't bother us too much. The service was always very nice and accommodating, which made up for the tiny room size. The hotel is situated near The Capital Theater in Port Chester, making it a recommended spot for visitors interested in the area. However, the steep hill leading to the main road and distance to the bus stop might pose challenges if you don't have your own transportation. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a good variety of fresh, hot food, although getting points on the Starwood preferred guests program seemed a bit confusing. Overall, the facilities were adequate, enhancing the pleasant stay at the hotel.
